What is the difference between a macaron and a macaroon?

 A macaron is a delicate sandwich cookie made with almond flour and eggs. A macaroon is a chewy cookie made with coconut flakes.

What is a macaron?

A macaron is a sandwich cookie consisting of two almond meringue shells and a filling. Think of it as an elevated Oreo. A macaron shell is made from almond flour, egg whites, and sugar. These few ingredients create a delightful sandwich cookie consisting of two crisp outer shells which lead into a tender, chewy bite, completed by the exciting, flavorful filling. The resulting experience is one of joy, delight, whimsy, and of course, love.

Delivery

We offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius of our baking location, 2700 Royal Court, Lincoln, NE.

There is a $5 charge for 5 to 10 mile radius outside of Lincoln.

 

Pick Up

We can offer pick up from our location, but is determined on an order by order basis.  We would rather deliver your sweets to you!

 

Shipping

We do not ship.  Macarons are such a delicate cookie that when we ship we cannot guarantee they will not break.
